FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are so confident you’ll enjoy our high-altitude snow that we stand behind it with a guarantee. By 10:00 am, if you are not completely happy with your Mt. Rose snow experience, we’ll refund your lift ticket. Visit our Guest Services Office (Main Lodge) before 10:00 am, and we’ll give you a full refund.
Online Tickets & Daily Specials typically offer the best value for lift tickets and lesson packages. Purchases must be made by midnight the day before, otherwise, the tickets are full price at the ticket windows.
Mt. Rose does not have a senior-specific ticket or season pass product. The resort uses the Disneyland model, which has only two ticket categories:
– Adult (ages 16+)
– Child (ages 15 and under)

For lessons (or lesson packages), advance reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and holidays. Some products like kids’ lessons and private lessons have limited capacities and are subject to sellout. To ensure you can enjoy these services – online advanced reservations are encouraged.
Yes, group discounts are available for groups… typically of 40+ (designed for those normally coming up on a Bus)
To get a group rate, a single group leader & one payment are required. 48-hour advanced Reservations are preferred. Call us at 775-849-0704 for more information and get a customized package for your group.
Daily Specials are the Best Value, but Mt. Rose also offers Dynamic Ticket Prices with varied rates and deals at different times of the season.
