IDs will be checked at the door – no need check at your booth
PINK wristbands indicate 21+,
BLUE indicates >21, non-drinkers or those w/o IDs.
Films Begin @ ~7:30pm (as daylight allows)
Raffle giveaways to occur between films
Films End @ ~9pm
VENDOR Setup @ 3:00pm – 4:30pm – vendors/breweries/food trucks only
Please arrive no later than 4:00pm, gates for vehicle access will be closed at 4:30pm
Bring everything needed to set up and pour, including tables, ice, and lights (cups will be provided). Bring appropriate power supply if needed.
Please provide the names of any staff who will be arriving AFTER 5:00pm so they can be added to the will-call list.
