Pass Photos

Upload your own photo when purchasing online. We require all pass holders 15 years and younger to have a new pass photo taken each season. For those 16 years and up, if your pass picture is over five years old or you’ve simply changed how you look, please upload a new photo before your purchase. If you have difficulty w/ the upload process, please simply e-mail guestservices@skirose.com a current photo.  Pass photos may also be taken at the Main Lodge. (See below for hours and preseason recommendations.)

You will continue to use your current season pass for next year (and for YEARS to come). We will NOT be sending you a new pass. If you loose your current season pass, replacements are available at Guest Services in the main lodge.

do i need to update my photo?

Pass holders 15 years and younger should have a new pass photo taken each season. For those 16 years and up, you will continue to use your current season pass for next year (and for YEARS to come). Will pass prices increase after a certain time?

Yes, pre-season sale prices tend to scale up as the season approaches, don’t wait until Christmas to buy your pass!

If I use the payment plan, how much will be charged?

Mt. Rose offers payment plan options for season passes purchased prior to the start of the season.

PAYMENT PLAN- Spread Out Your Season Pass Over Multiple Payments! Your pass will be divided into equal payments automatically billed monthly (the number of payments available depends on how early you purchase your pass).

*Fees Apply – a handling fee will be applied to every pass purchased online.

How do I get a discounted Rosebuds ski or snowboard lesson for my child?

A parent, guardian, or grandparent must have a current season pass in order to receive the discounted rate for a Rosebuds lesson. You can book it in advance online or you can purchase it in person at the Rosebuds counter. (Lessons are subject to availability and discount is void holiday Periods) *Child & Tyke passes do NOT include discounted Rosebuds lessons.

What are the age guidelines on a Tyke Pass?

To get a Tyke Pass, your child must be 5 years old by Dec 31 of the current season. If they will turn six before Dec 31, then they will be six for the majority of the season and must purchase a Child Season Pass. Tyke Pass holders must have a parent, guardian or grandparent with a current season pass.

What if I lose my Season Pass?

Please notify Guest Services (849-0704 x215 or guestservices@skirose.com) to report the lost season pass and you will be given a replacement for free.

Will I get discounted lift tickets for family and friends?

YES!  Two discounted Bring-A-Friend tickets are automatically loaded onto all season passes*.  Rates vary at different times of the season.  Buddy Tickets can also be used for First Timer Packages. Mt. Rose will also have special deals available to season pass holders at various times throughout the season. *Tyke passes do NOT include Bring A Friend Tickets.

Do I get any other special discounts with my Season Pass?
