The Pond was ON! It was an excellent highlight of some of our colorful personalities and a bitter-sweet bookend to a fantastic year. At US Masters Nationals at Mt Bachelor last week, Scott Sady from the Mt. Rose Masters race team demonstrated that he is not only an ace photographer but also a highly capable ski racer!
Scott placed 2nd in the GS, Super G, and Slalom in the highly competitive Men`s Class 6 and took 2nd in the Overall results.
This is a huge achievement by Scott, who is a regular overall podium contender in Far West Masters. Scott joined the program in 2013, having never raced before, and has made tremendous progress.

We are having an incredible year and there is still plenty of skiing to be had! Use the price of your Local`s Sunday lift ticket (or any daily lift ticket) toward the purchase of a DoubleDown Season Pass. Ski the rest of this season, plus all of next season, too!
At the end of your day, bring your lift ticket to Guest Services and apply the cost of your lift ticket towards the purchase of a season pass. Must be purchased the day of your visit and applied to a pass that is valid that day.
**Please note Local ID required for Local`s Sunday redemption – must show that your home residence is within a 1-hour driving radius of Mt. Rose – Ski Tahoe. Must be purchased at the ticket window.
