Group Leader Information
Know What Type of Group Tickets You Need;
Having group members decide on ticket types and packages before
arrival will save lots of time in ticket processing and make for a more
enjoyable ski day for the group leader. When a group reservation is made
we’ll send you a group roster sheet to help organize and tally the
group ticket/package count.
Complete Rental Forms Before Arrival;
Streamline the equipment rental process by
having rental paperwork completed by group members prior to arrival.
Let us know your rental/package estimate and we’ll send the forms
(Ski, S/board or Rosebud) out to you ahead of time.
Arrive at the Mountain Early;
We recommend groups are on-site by 8:15 AM.
This will allow plenty of time for the Group Leader to collect and issue
tickets, and for those requiring ski or snowboard equipment early access
to the rental shops.
Where to Pick Up Your Group Tickets;
The Guest Services
Office located in the Mt. Rose main lodge is where group leaders check-in
and collect group tickets. The office opens daily at 8:00 AM. Please
identify yourself as a group leader and the staff will issue the appropriate
tickets (having an accurate count of the type of tickets needed before
arrival will make for a quick turnaround).
Payment for Group Tickets;
One form of payment from the group leader for the entire group is required.
We accept VISA/MC/AMEX or cash. Checks accepted only by prior arrangement.
Dress for the Mountain Environment;
Weather can change quickly so it is best
to dress in layers where you can easily add
or subtract as conditions dictate. Don’t forget sunscreen and
eye protection (sunglasses or goggles) – we’re
that much closer to the sun up here! Mt. Rose – Ski Tahoe doesn’t
offer clothing rental so you need arrived prepared.
If something is forgotten, our snow sports shop
carries a complete range of mountain clothing
and accessories.
