When can I expect to receive my Season Pass?

Typically you will receive your pass within a few days after purchase, but as a general rule your pass will be mailed out to you before the season begins (assuming there are no issues with your photo).  If you choose to pick it up in person, please refer to the Lodge Hours on the Season Pass page

 

 When is my Midweek Pass blacked out?

Midweek Season Passes are valid every Monday – Friday (excluding Dec 25-29, 2017) – Midweek passes are void all Saturdays & Sundays & holidays (Dec 25-29, Jan 15, Feb 19)

 

Will pass prices increase after a certain time?

Yes, pre-season sale prices increase after September 30. Rates scale-up as winter approaches and once the lifts open season pass rates will go to full price.

 

If I use the payment plan, how much will be charged?

Your pass will be divided into equal payments automatically billed monthly (the number of payments available depends on how early you purchase your pass). A one-time charge of $5.95 is applied to the first payment for the online handling fee per season pass.

 

How do I get a discounted Rosebuds ski or snowboard lesson for my child?

A parent, guardian, or grandparent must have a current Season Pass in order to receive the discounted rate for a Rosebuds lesson. You can book it in advance online or you can purchase it in person at the Rosebuds counter. (Lessons are subject to availability and discount is void holidays: Nov 23-25, Dec 23-Jan 1, Jan 13-15, Feb 17-19.) *Child & Tyke passes do NOT include discounted Rosebuds lessons.

 

What are the age guidelines on a Tyke Pass?

To get a Tyke Season Pass, your child must still be 5 years old by Dec 31 of the current season. If they will turn six before Dec 31, then they will be six for the majority of the season and must purchase a child pass.

 

What if I lose my Season Pass?

You will need to notify Guest Services (849-0704 x215 or email hidden; JavaScript is required to report the pass lost; a replacement pass will cost $20.

 

What if I forget my Season Pass? Will I have to buy a lift ticket?

If you forget your season pass, please go to Guest Services to receive a courtesy ticket for the day.

 

Will I get discounted lift tickets for family and friends?

YES!  Two discounted Bring-A-Friend tickets are automatically loaded onto All Season Passes*.  Rates vary at different times of the season.  Mt. Rose will also have special deals available to season pass holders at various times throughout the season. *Child &Tyke passes do NOT include Bring A Friend Tickets.
